Eurol Syncool B 3145 is a mineral, emulsifiable liquid for general machining operations, with a wide range of applications. After mixing with water, a milky, stable emulsion is formed.
Eurol Syncool B 3145 is free from both boric acid and formaldehyde donors and is used for processing (turning, drilling, sawing) various steels and aluminum. It protects the workpieces against corrosion and has little tendency to foam.
Add Eurol Syncool B 3145 to water with a hardness between 10 ° dH and 30 ° dH while stirring. Never add Eurol Syncool B 3145 first and water second; no stable emulsion is formed in this order. Eurol Syncool B 3145 is very suitable for cutting, turning, milling, drilling and sawing. Eurol Syncool B 3145 gives 1 ° Brix per% in emulsion, at a recommended use concentration of 6% in water for general operations and 8% for medium to heavy operations.
