Eurol Syncool G 3175 drilling and cooling oil
Eurol Syncool G 3175 is a mineral, emulsifiable cutting fluid for uncomplicated cutting operations, with cooling as primary target. After mixing with water, a stable white milky emulsion will be formed, because of the special selected emulsifiers. Eurol Syncool G 3175 does not contain nitrites or formaldehyde donors and is suitable for turning, drilling and sawing operations of various kinds of metals.
The product protects tools and work pieces against corrosion and has a low foaming tendency. Add Eurol Syncool G 3175 to water with 10° dH up to 25° dH while stirring. Never add Eurol Syncool G 3175 first and water second, as it will not form a stable emulsion.
Eurol Syncool G 3175 is extremely suitable for cutting operations of unalloyed and low alloy steels on lathes and pillar drillis. Check the compatibility with yellow metals before use. Eurol Syncool G 3175 gives 1° Brix per % in emulsion, at a recommendend use concentration of 7% in water.
